We don't store your data. It's that simple. The photos you upload are processed and then forgotten. We don't keep copies, we don't build profiles, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

What Happens to Your Photos

When you upload a photo to redesign your room:

• Your image is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing
• OpenAI generates a redesigned version of your room
• The result is sent back to your device
• Neither Snugly nor OpenAI retains your images after processing

Your photos are used solely to provide you with the redesign service and are not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Data We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your photos or images
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your browsing history
• Personal identification information

Third-Party Services

Snugly uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — To process and redesign your room images. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to the data processed through their service.
• RevenueCat — To manage subscriptions. RevenueCat handles payment information through Apple's App Store.
• Apple App Store — For app distribution and payments. Apple's privacy policy governs transactions made through their platform.

Your Choices

Since we don't store your data, there's nothing to delete. Every time you use the app, it's a fresh start. Your photos stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Children's Privacy

Snugly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app.
