1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Snugly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Snugly is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and receive AI-generated redesign suggestions. The service uses artificial intelligence to transform your space images into various design styles.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Snugly offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features.

Payment Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to Snugly. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the redesign service. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your images after processing.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
• Is not a photo of an interior space (the service is designed for room redesign)

5. AI-Generated Content

The redesigned images created by Snugly are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality results:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match any specific expectation
• Generated designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes
• We do not guarantee that generated designs are feasible, safe, or code-compliant for actual implementation
• You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals before making actual changes to your space

6. Intellectual Property

The Snugly app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted photos), is owned by Snugly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snugly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snugly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Snugly at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
