How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings app. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Snugly, then tap "Cancel Subscription."

Why didn't my design generate correctly?

For best results, use well-lit photos taken from a straight-on angle. The AI works best with clear, uncluttered images where the room's layout is visible. Try taking a new photo with better lighting if you're not happy with the results.

Are my photos stored or shared?

No. Your photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Once your redesign is complete, the original image is discarded. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I restore my subscription on a new device?

Yes! Simply download Snugly on your new device, open the app, and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

What devices is Snugly available on?

Snugly is currently available on iPhone running iOS 17 or later. We're working on bringing Snugly to iPad and other platforms in the future.
